SALTO Smart Access Control Equipment has additional protection via BioCote® Antimicrobial Technology to provide 24/7 protection against an array of microbes.
The addition of BioCote’s antimicrobial technology helps reduce microbes on product surfaces and improves hygienic building environments and ultimately creates a cleaner environment for both users and visitors.
BioCote® has successfully tested against a feline strain of coronavirus, showing a reduction of 90% in two hours, which is a positive indicator of the antiviral properties of their technology. Previous testing has revealed that BioCote® delivers 99.9 percent, 24/7 protection against an array of microbes including Influenza A H1N1, E.coli, Salmonella, and antibiotic-resistant CRE, VRE, and MRSA. BioCote® cannot be wiped or worn away and hence enhances hygiene management and reduces the possibility of cross-contamination.
SALTO BioCote® antimicrobial protection consists of silver-ion technology which is integrated during the manufacturing process. 1. SALTO XS4
1. Electronic Escutcheons
Smart, secure, innovative and easy to install, the XS4 electronic escutcheon sets need no hard wiring and provide a totally wire-free networked electronic locking solution for Universities and Hospitals with a great range of features. The XS4 escutcheon range is specially designed to fit on most standard doors in Mixed-use developments and retail spaces, and work with the majority of Scandinavian, European and ANSI mortise locks and tubular latches in South Africa.
2. AElement Design-Lock
AElement is the minimalist Hotel RFID lock with stylish design. It allows the integration of all physical security needs in an energy efficient and easy to manage smart hotel lock system. Totally wire-free and networked through SALTO Virtual Network, SALTO Wireless network and JustIN Mobile. Compatible with hotel locks such as DIN standard and ANSI mortise locks.
3. XS4 GEO Cylinder
Extensive range of compact sized electronic cylinders designed for doors where fitting an electronic escutcheon is not possible or required. Totally wire-free and networked through SALTO Virtual Network and SALTO Wireless network. Available in different models, e.g. half cylinder, cylinder with thumb turn, double cylinder, cam lock cylinder, padlock, and with a wide offering of different profiles, e.g., Euro profile, UK oval, Swiss Round, Australian oval, Scandinavian profiles, ANSI profiles.
4. XS4 Panic Bar Devices
SALTO advanced panic bar solutions enable panic bar-equipped emergency exit doors to be controlled with an innovative, stand-alone electronic locking system. SALTO stand-alone electronic locks can be fitted, in combination with adaptor kits, to more than 40 leading panic bars from the most popular manufacturers.
5. XS4 Locker Lock
The XS4 Locker provides high level security to a wide range of school lockers, cupboards, drug cabinets, boxes, etc. by integrating it into the SALTO wire-free electronic access solution. It features an ergonomically designed twist operated locking handle that makes for easy use, even with wet hands. The battery pack, electronic components and locking mechanism are all located on the inside of the door, safe from potential vandalism or sabotage.
6. XS4 Mortice Locks
SALTO offers a wide range of mortise locks in order to ensure that the door is correctly locked. Whether you need Euro locks, DIN locks, ANSI mortise locks, Scandinavian standard locks, cylindrical cartridge latches or automatic locks with privacy and panic functions, SALTO has the locking system you need. The complete range of standard mortise locks enables you to install SALTO electronic XS4 escutcheons and SALTO XS4 GEO cylinders correctly without compromising security.
7. XS4 Wall Readers
SALTO peripheral products provide the ideal solution for those access points where online connectivity is needed, or where interaction with other systems or electric powered devices such as elevators, roller shutter doors or barriers is required.
The SALTO XS4 Wall Reader 2.0 with keypad incorporates the cutting-edge design standard of the XS4 2.0 product range in this technological powerhouse. This product allows for the additional use of a Personal Identification Number (PIN) keypad option, increasing the security by using a double authentication and more enhanced opening modes.
8. XS4 Software – ProAccess SPACE
The SALTO ProAccess range of software has been developed to allow users to make the most of an installation’s access control. With SALTO software, system operators can easily manage large numbers of doors and users with outstanding flexibility thanks to all the options in zones, access levels, calendars, time periods and time zones, and more. ProAccess has always been designed to be user-friendly while including a host of advanced features, and with the latest addition of ProAccess SPACE, usability and flexibility have been taken to a new level. Importantly, SPACE follows SALTO’s scalable philosophy such that even current SALTO customers with ProAccess or HAMS software can upgrade easily to SPACE in order to take advantage of SPACE’s additional features and usability.
9. JustIN Mobile
JustIN Mobile employs Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for communicating between the smartphone and hotel electronic locks. The mobile key is sent Over the Air (OTA) from the ProAccess SPACE management software to an installed JustIN Mobile app at a registered and verified smartphone. The user or guest receives a message that he has a new key and for which doors he has access rights. Then, they only need to present the smartphone to the lock and start communication via the Mobile app. All data transmission and the mobile key itself are encrypted and secured against cloning.Users can receive mobile keys anytime and anywhere. By this, access control solutions gain even more flexibility for issuing and receiving access rights, without sacrificing security. JustIN Mobile can be used along with or as a replacement of RFID credentials.

The unique Universal Module is compatible with Amazon Echo, Nest, IFTTT, Harmony, Bluetooth Smart, Z-Wave and ZigBee and controls all 12-24V AC/DC powered commercially available locking mechanisms.
The module works in parallel with what is already installed or in any new installation. Danalock delivers full SDKs and APIs for full partner integration.

3. Danalock Danapad
Give access with Danapad PIN codes
With its Bluetooth interface to the Danalock V3 smart lock, the Danapad V3 keypad extends secure, controlled access. You no longer have to bring a key or a phone when leaving home. With the Danapad V3, access has never been easier. Just create a pin code for each guest and the Danalock system takes care of the rest.
The Danapad V3 supports up to 20 pin codes at a time. Use the Danalock app to create pin codes to family members, friends and home service providers.
The Danapad V3 supports the Danalock ecosystem. You can operate the Danalock smart lock both with pin codes and the Danalock app.
